CHARLOTTE

brochure 1

Known to those she mentors as “the gentle taskmaster who helps people dream again,” Charlotte Hunt is the founder of Dream Madly, designed to help organizations and individuals dream madly, pursue wildly, and trust completely toward their dreams and potential despite their past and in the midst of today's problems through presentations, workshops, books, and resources.

Charlotte has spoken and performed before audiences of celebrities, political figures, world-renowned musical artists, dignitaries, leaders, educators, psychologists, survivors of abuse, prison inmates, addicts, the hopeless, and everyone in between exhorting them to fulfill their purpose and potential.

From the beginnings of a tragic past starting at the age of eighteen months and a curse on her future and God's use from a pastor's lips, her life has endured great trials, suffering, and struggles. Despite the many setbacks, hardship and tragedies, she succeeded through faith, hope, and perseverance to become an international runway model, recording jazz artist, touring actress, national radio personality, award-winning author, counselor, organizational consultant and global inspirational speaker helping thousands to reclaim their potential, purpose, and dreams in learning to "Dream Madly, Pursue Wildly, and Trust Completely"™.

After high school, Charlotte supported her way through college by singing in jazz clubs and doing print and runway modeling. In a few short years, she began modeling internationally and singing background for established recording artists. Charlotte went on to teach at the prestigious Oberlin Conservatory of Music after studying music education, psychology, and vocal jazz studies. She had a successful career as a music director, composer, background vocalist, studio musician and jazz artist working, touring and recording with world-renown performers across the nation. She also acted on live stages across the country with Odun National Theatre Repertory Company, toured in the off-Broadway company of “An American Rhapsody” and has numerous live and television productions to her credit.

She continued her career as a local personality for WHK, WHLO, WCCD and WHBC Radio, and national radio personality for Salem Radio Network, Today’s Christian Music, and The Word in Praise. She was working as a voice-over/jingle artist and doing commercial work when she was asked to speak before an audience of hurting women. Although she was led in one direction for most of her life, that night she knew her true passion was to write, teach, and speak in order to change lives. Her journey changed from performer to becoming a counselor, writer, speaker, consultant and encourager. And the dream continues...

Charlotte Hunt has triumphed over great obstacles to become an impacting leader, helping lives to reach their potential, purpose and possibilities and dream dreams big enough to fail toward a life that matters.
